Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or high demand.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Chu's Choice is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for an order.

If you experience issues with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at chuschoice25@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
